To enter one of the chartroom, click on 'Chat' button, located on the top bar. Find a ChatRoom that interests you, and click on it. This will automatically open up a new browser and load up the ChatRoom. Happy Chatting! There are other options while you're in the chartroom. The icon features located on the bottom right of your chat browser allows you to add an image next to your username each time you chat. The send image icon allows you to send images to other chatters.

Contain articles, discussions or anything under the sun written by our members. Ranging from health to movies and poetry, you can post your thoughts to any message, or start your own post in a specific category. All categories are open to members except for featured and popular category. Our staff members are selecting messages in those categories. The postings are time and date stamped, with the most recent posting on top. Keep in mind that HTML tags are allowed in the message's bodies but not the headings.

Use mail in order to communicate with other members, or to send messages to anyone outside Vietroom, anywhere on the Internet. It works the same as any other email account: put an address, write and send.

• To make your personal web pages easy to read and navigate, choose text, background and texture colors that are interesting and gripping.
• Don't use text that are it too small (hard to read) or too large (shout out).
• Align your web pages properly to make it distinct and clear.
• Use Boldfaces to make your messages stand out to your reader.
• Add flair to your pages with graphics, icons, buttons and tabs for hyperlinks.
• Keep your web pages layout consistent throughout:
  - typefaces
  - background color(s)
  - graphic images and elements
  - headers and footers
  - bullet points
  - link-color
  - and any special effect(s)
• Limit each your pages to 4K bytes or less. Your total personal web storage limit is 500K bytes.
• Keep each of your personal page to 4k or less and 500k or less for complete storage compacity of your personal web pages.
• Use Animation and Audio files sparingly. These are large and will increase the download time of your pages.
• Remember to test your pages for the desired effects and minimum download time.
• The recomended download time is 15 seconds or less to keep your visitor's interested in your personal pages.

• Each user are allowed 500,000 bytes of disk space. Only JPG and GIF formats are supported.
• It's our policy to prohibit images containing unlawful, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, or indecent content. Neccessary actions will be taken against any user that violates this policy without notice.

To upload your pictures from your computer onto your personal webpage, simply click on MYROOM from the top menu. In MYROOM section, click on the 'Image Select' located on the left navigation bar. Look for the "browse" link on the bottom, it allows you to look through your files for the images that you want. After finding the image that you want, double click on it. This will upload your picture onto Vietroom servers. Keep in mind you can only upload GIF and JPEG files. When you are done with uploading, your images will appear in the Manage your Uploaded Pictures. Click on the "Main" box to have the image be your main picture. Or click on the "Show" box to have your images appears in your gallery. After you're done, be sure to click on "Save" button.
